Dr David Turner

Dr David Turner is a highly experienced and skilled general practitioner with a special interest in chronic pain management. He has been practising as a GP for over 20 years and has worked in various settings, including NHS practices, military bases, and the private sector, as well as overseas in Spain. Dr Turner is the practice lead on mental health at Chorleywood Health Centre, and leads undergraduate teaching in the practice, along with Dr Lakasing. He has a passion for medical journalism and has written extensively in the medical press, including a regular column in Pulse magazine.

Dr Turner is also the practice political lead and represents the practice in the Primary Care Network. He serves as a Hertfordshire representative on the Local Medical Committee. Dr Turner's other interests include cycling, camping, learning languages, playing the trumpet, and wild swimming. With his extensive experience and skills, Dr Turner is a valuable asset to his patients and the medical community alike.
