I felt that the doctor listened to everything I had to say, also carefully read everything that had been sent prior to the visit. She asked many questions, and I felt she thoroughly examined where necessary. Overall, I got the impression she knew what she was doing and feel much more confident in her diagnoses and recommendations, when compared to the treatment I have received so far with the NHS.
I cannot recommend Dr O’Neill highly enough. She’s is an amazing, professional, knowledgeable and caring doctor who always uses a reassuring and sensible approach when diagnosing and treating her patients. I always feel reassured that I’m receiving the best care and I truly believe she has my best interests at heart and I feel like I matter and properly heard by her. She’s just brilliant. .
