Explanation

My 7 year old daughter got injured skiing and Mr Rad was brilliant throughout, we felt we were in the very best hands. He arranged an MRI swiftly after inconclusive X rays in France & called me right afterwards with the results which as a mother worrying about all the worst-case scenarios was hugely appreciated. He was lovely with her throughout and very reassuring, highlighting the importance of protecting the knee while it heals but also the temporary nature of the injury and how she would be completely fine once it had time to heal, helping us find the balance between ensuring she was careful and not wanting her to worry longer term. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rad.
