Dr Colin Peters is an experienced Consultant Neonatologist and Paediatrician who provides dedicated medical care for newborn infants requiring specialist clinical intervention. Serving as a Clinical Director, he oversees neonatal services to ensure high standards of safety and compassionate support for young patients and their families. Dr Peters is deeply committed to delivering empathetic, family-centred care that focuses on optimising outcomes for babies born with complex health needs.

Specialising in neonatal intensive care, Dr Peters manages critically ill newborns facing severe respiratory, cardiac, and surgical challenges. His clinical focus includes advanced life-support therapies such as Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) and specialised neonatal transport medicine. He is actively involved in clinical research and healthcare quality improvement, using in-situ simulation training to enhance medical education and patient safety protocols in neonatal care.

Dr Peters holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree and is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH).
