Chloe Gibson

Chloe Gibson is a dedicated and highly skilled Osteopath who specialises in musculoskeletal health, helping active individuals recover and return to fitness. She earned her Master's degree from the University of Osteopathy and has worked with a diverse range of patients, including busy corporate workers, amateur athletes, and weekend warriors. Chloe believes that education is at the heart of effective treatment, ensuring patients understand the causes of their conditions, what they mean, and how to get back to their desired activities.

Her treatment approach integrates Osteopathic techniques with soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation management. Chloe focuses on both physical and mental aspects of lifestyle management to create personalised treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to her clinical work, Chloe is a qualified reformer Pilates instructor and personal trainer, helping clients regain fitness after injuries or long-term conditions. Outside the treatment room, Chloe maintains an active lifestyle, regularly going to the gym, running, and competing in ultramarathons. Her previous experience as a competitive swimmer and amateur boxer has given her a unique understanding of the challenges patients face, helping her relate to the mental and physical journey of preparing for fitness goals.
