Neck Pain

Back Pain

I can’t recommend Barije at Physico in Shortlands highly enough. I’ve been seeing her for some time now for problems with my back and neck, and she has been absolutely brilliant throughout.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and caring, and always takes the time to understand how I’m feeling and what’s going on before deciding on the best treatment. She’s used a combination of dry needling, laser therapy, massage and stretching exercises to help with my injury, and I’ve really noticed the difference.

What I particularly appreciate is how thorough and attentive she is – I always feel that the treatment is tailored to what I need rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I’ve had a really positive experience and am so pleased with the progress I’ve made. I’d happily recommend Barije to anyone looking for a great physio!
