Long COVID


Having contracted COVID-19, which subsequently led to the development of long COVID, I underwent weekly Perrin Technique sessions with Rakhee for several months. I am now delighted to report that I have fully resumed working without experiencing any symptoms. I feel just as healthy as I did before my battle with COVID-19. Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

I had a severe and very debilitating attack of Bbpv vertigo last week and could barely stand up. Emyr was able to provide a clear diagnosis of the problem and successfully performed the correct manoeuvre to rectify it. I felt relief straight away and some of the other treatment has helped address tightness and pain in my neck and back.
