Mrs Evans carried out my induction in such a gentle and explanatory manner that I felt at ease with her, almost an affinity. When I was particularly troubled about how I was going to discuss my Aftercare Plan with my immediate family, Mrs Evans discussed various possibilities with me which helped me formulate a Plan as to how to do that.
