Charlie is very knowledgeable but doesn’t make you feel silly, I always felt at ease and listened to. Charlie took a thorough history.. including medications, hobbies, routines, daily life etc..all the things that actually matter rather than making me feel like a standard tick sheet. I have walked out of this appointment understanding my body, cause of my pain and exactly what the next steps are. I am also looking forward to my next appointment, thank you Charlie

Visited S&C last week with various physical issues including back, neck and shoulder. Charlie the physio was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional and did a really thorough assessment plus additional treatment, helping massively. The clinic itself is clean and has a variety of top-notch exercise equipment. I highly recommend.

Charlie is very knowledgable and has given me hope for my injury

In my most recent visit Charlie asked about my running, explained the changes in my improved pace and went through my physio plan, including going through the exercises and making changes. I also had a thorough sports massage on both legs (I have had a number of these with Charlie and recovery times continue to improve) which proved beneficial for the new stretches and following run.
