Visited S&C last week with various physical issues including back, neck and shoulder. Charlie the physio was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional and did a really thorough assessment plus additional treatment, helping massively. The clinic itself is clean and has a variety of top-notch exercise equipment. I highly recommend.
Charlie is very knowledgable and has given me hope for my injury
In my most recent visit Charlie asked about my running, explained the changes in my improved pace and went through my physio plan, including going through the exercises and making changes. I also had a thorough sports massage on both legs (I have had a number of these with Charlie and recovery times continue to improve) which proved beneficial for the new stretches and following run.
Charlie really knows he stuff and manages to locate issues really quickly and the work to resolve them
Thoughtful and considered approach. Very knowledgeable about sports physiotherapy and recovery. Good assessment in a very nice environment.
Charlie is very good and cured my shoulder problem I’ve continued preventative messages as I’m an active person
Such a nice guy and very professional, he certainly knows his stuff, I would highly recommend Charlie.
Charlie is a great Physiotherapist. He's got a great manner and approach and I found the way that he explained my problem, what he was doing and my rehab plan, really easy to understand and follow. I am so pleased with the progress that I have made and a that I am pain free after a period when I thought I wouldn't be able to exercise freely ever again. Charlie is brilliant and I am so pleased that I found him.
Charlie was very professional; he explained exactly what his diagnosis was, how I could improve my situation with certain exercises and stretches. His treatments were effective, and I felt very comfortable and confident in his ability to help me get better.
