Charlie was an excellent physio, helping me with pain in my Tibialis Anterior. He gave me exercises that I could do that required no gym equipment and were easy to do anywhere. I was back running in no time.
I have struggled with my knees for a long time running, and grit little support and advice from the GP other than a diagnosis of patellar tendinopathy. I found the strengthening exercises really useful and the tailoring to my recovery was excellent. My mobility has improved and they put me back on track for my half in September. My knee feels a lot stronger now, and I’m really grateful.
Helped my greatly with a sports injury and rehab into playing again
I had been struggling with discomfort with my shoulder for a number of months which was limiting movement also. I visited the S&C Therapy clinic and met with Charlie who was very professional and took time to understand the issues and concerns I had with my shoulder. Charlie recommended a course of physio treatment and together with an exercise plan in place I no longer experience any discomfort which allows me to continue my fitness journey.
Visited S&C last week with various physical issues including back, neck and shoulder. Charlie the physio was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional and did a really thorough assessment plus additional treatment, helping massively. The clinic itself is clean and has a variety of top-notch exercise equipment. I highly recommend.

I initially went to see Charlie about an ongoing issue with shin splints injuries in both legs, during my first assessment he noticed overpronation in my ankles (which I hadn't noticed before) and recommended an ankle strengthening plan, orthotics and changing footwear. I have had issues with shin-splints since 21/22 and can honestly say that he has helped more in the last year than other professionals. Also, he has helped me to get back into running with stretches and warm ups. I go monthly for sports massages as I intend on keeping active. Can (and have) most definitley recommend.
Been seeing Charle for several months, he has been amazing, identifying osteoarthritis in my ACK and sorting out my poor rotator cuff.
