I initially went to see Charlie about an ongoing issue with shin splints injuries in both legs, during my first assessment he noticed overpronation in my ankles (which I hadn't noticed before) and recommended an ankle strengthening plan, orthotics and changing footwear. I have had issues with shin-splints since 21/22 and can honestly say that he has helped more in the last year than other professionals. Also, he has helped me to get back into running with stretches and warm ups. I go monthly for sports massages as I intend on keeping active. Can (and have) most definitley recommend.

Been seeing Charle for several months, he has been amazing, identifying osteoarthritis in my ACK and sorting out my poor rotator cuff.

I am so glad that I booked with Charlie at S&C Therapy. He quickly assessed the shoulder problem that had stopped me doing gym workouts and swimming, both of which were really painful to do properly. He created me a rehab plan that has really worked and I'm pain free and back doing what I love. We've had a couple of follow up sessions where he's tweaked my plan and kept me on track. The thing that's great about Charlie's place is that it's a really impressive space with a wide array of equipment and it's all 1 on 1 so it was all focussed on me - I had the full attention of a really good Physio and everything was there to help me. I'd recommend Charlie if you want the best place to get a proper assessment and rehab plan so you can back to exercise pain free.

I saw Charlie after my lower back had gone into spasm. I booked my appointment using the online booking service, which was very easy to use. After the initial assessment, Charlie explained what his diagnosis was and treated me. Within 24hrs I was well on my way to recovering. I had one more treatment and was given some exercise advice, which I have followed, and since then my back has been absolutely fine. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Charlie.

Charlie is a great physio and has helped me a lot with my back issues. He is also very friendly and has excellent communication skills.

I had a brilliant experience at S&C Therapy with Charlie. The joint mobilisation really helped ease stiffness and improve my movement straight away, and the acupuncture was very effective for reducing tension and pain. I came away feeling looser, more comfortable, highly recommend!
