Dr. Celina Iwasa

Dr Celina Iwasa is a dermatologist based at Oval Medical Centre in London. She completed her medical degree at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 2003 and qualified as a dermatology specialist at Hospital Ipiranga in 2010, gaining her specialist title from the Brazilian Society of Dermatology.

Before moving to the UK, Dr Iwasa practised in private clinics and hospitals in São Paulo, including Hospital São Camilo and Hospital Ipiranga, where she treated patients of all ages with a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. Her clinical expertise includes managing acne, psoriasis, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, and onychomycosis.

Dr Iwasa is a member of the General Medical Council, the British Medical Association, and the International Dermoscopy Society.

She is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
