About Ms Catherine Sternberg
Mrs Catherine Sternberg is a highly experienced Consultant Oral Surgeon. She specialises in broken and wisdom teeth, tooth extractions, removal of polyps and benign lumps, soft tissue surgery and orthodontic extractions and exposures. She sees patients that have been referred by dentists and GPs across London, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Hamshire, Warwickshire and the Cotswolds area.
Mrs Sternberg qualified from Birmingham University in 1993 and was accredited as a specialist in 1998. In 2009 she became a Consultant in Oral Surgery and practices in both hospitals and smaller clinics.
Alongside her clinical work, Mrs Sternberg is actively involved in research and education. Her research interests include the influence of computerised tomography results in planning third molar surgery and the correlation of computerised tomography results with clinical outcomes following third molar tooth removal.
Mrs Sternberg has also worked for the Oxford Dental Deanery as the Regional Advisor and Training Programme Director for the Dental Foundation Programme. She was also an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh.
