My experience with Ms Caroline McGuiness was excellent . From the first time meeting her and discussing my operation wishes and expectations she made me feel calm relaxed and heard to leaving the hospital.
Miss mcguiness has been amazing from start to finish, explaining everything and supporting me through my worries around my procedure. A small complication which was checked straight away and issued with a swab and anti botics which came back negative. Miss mcguiness was very attentive to my needs both emotionally and physically. The appointments especially around my post operation was excellent, I felt very well looked after and reassured throughout. Would highly recommend. I am so happy woth my result and minimal scarring.
Very professional, compassionate and explained everything clearly. Had plenty of time and was encouraged to ask any questions which were answered in an easy to understand way
I had 3 moles removed - the procedure was fully explained in a friendly professional manner throughout. The process was simple and stress free
