Bethany Odell

Bethany Odell is a physiotherapist based in Kent, who has additional training in sports massage techniques. She qualified in 2025 when she gained her honours degree from Canterbury Christ Church University. She holds specialist interests in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, sports, and neurological physiotherapy. Her practice draws from each of these areas in order to provide holistic and well-rounded care specific to the individual she is treating. She is also able to utilise her sports massage training as an additional skill in her practice which benefits those she treats in their recovery.

Bethany provides a variety of services including assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports massage therapy, and sports injury rehabilitation. Additionally she works in falls prevention and balance rehabilitation, as well as providing pre and post-operative rehabilitation care. Outside of her work, Bethany loves spending time outside in nature and she enjoys a variety of activities that facilitate this, including hiking, bouldering, running and strength training.
