Bertha N. brings 19 years of dedicated experience in the care industry, with a focus on providing compassionate support to individuals with diverse needs. For 14 years, she worked in a residential home, primarily with people with learning disabilities. During this time, she assisted them in their day-to-day activities, ensuring they achieved their goals and developed independent living skills. In 2017, Bertha transitioned to community-based care, where she continues to provide invaluable support to individuals in their own homes. Her role involves a wide range of tasks, including medication management, personal care, catheter care, hoisting, meal preparation, shopping, and cleaning.
