Ashleigh was the third therapist I had seen for social anxiety. Before Ashleigh, I started to think therapy would never work for me. Ashleigh however quickly made it feel like a safe space, I felt comfortable to be open from the start. It was great how Ashleigh tailored sessions, it never felt like we were going through a set structure, instead Ashleigh focused on what resonated with me the most which has delivered noticeable changes. Ashleigh knew when to push me, and when to take things slower. Ashleigh was great at making sure I got the most out of sessions, set manageable tasks that pushed me and helpful questioned my thought processes. I have since got a work promotion and have gained confidence to start dating again. Overall my experience was really positive!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. I know how difficult it can feel to start therapy again after previous experiences haven’t felt helpful, so I’m really pleased you were able to feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself in our sessions. You worked incredibly hard throughout the process, particularly in facing situations that once felt overwhelming. It’s wonderful to hear about the positive changes in both your professional and personal life, and the confidence you’ve gained along the way. I’m so glad therapy felt tailored to you and your needs, as creating a collaborative and supportive space is something I value deeply. Wishing you every success and happiness for the future - Ashleigh

After being signed off work for six months due to panic attacks and severe depression, Ashleigh helped me return to work in just 12 weeks. Her professionalism and empathy were invaluable. I regained confidence in everyday activities and saw a huge improvement in my relationship with my wife and daughter. I will always be grateful for the support Ashleigh provided.

Thank you for your kind words and for trusting me throughout your therapy journey. I am pleased to hear that the formulation work and exploring core beliefs has felt helpful and meaningful. A key part of therapy is not only understanding the current difficulties, but making sense of these based on earlier life experiences as well as developing tools and insights that continue to support you long after therapy ends. Thank you for trusting me on this journey - Ashleigh
