Anna, put quite simply is an amazing Psychologist. I have had many councillors over the years who have failed to help me. A year on under Anna’s care, I am a transformed man. Anna has given me purpose and made me believe in myself again and helped me to know my worth.
Thank you so much for everything! I appreciate all of your continued & kind support.
Anna has helped me completely change my life, I can't describe how thankful I am. Before our sessions I was too afraid to leave my room and was too depressed to care for myself, I couldn't picture a future for myself and didn't want to. I felt like I was too far gone for any therapy to help me, and worried that having such a mixture of mental health problems (depression, anxiety, EUPD, anorexia/bulimia, ADHD, autism) would make it difficult to find someone who could actually help. Now I'm back in college working towards applying to university, I've volunteered and even passed my driving test, and I actually feel hopeful for my future. Anna believed in me the whole time and taught me how to believe in myself. She taught me so many useful skills that I am going to use for the rest of my life. Annas gentle, caring and open minded approach helped me feel so at ease during the sessions and I trusted that I could tell her anything and she would never be judgemental or make me feel guilty for thinking or feeling a certain way like other therapists I've had in the past did. She never pressured me to talk about anything I didn't feel comfortable with, and even though our sessions were mostly focused on my anxiety, she still helped me so much with my other problems as well, either actively through talking about them directly, or passively by teaching me skills that I could apply to multiple different situations. I found the way she explained the reasoning behind certain thought or behaviour patterns incredibly enlightening and definitely aided in me overcoming those patterns that I s...

Anopama was very professional and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Anna is a warm, responsive, skilled and empathetic therapist. I have really benefited from working with her.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of our sessions. I'm pleased you have found them to be beneficial.
I was at my lowest ebb when I started sessions with Anna, having burnt out of my career with chronic stress, my anxiety was at its highest and my self confidence had disappeared. Having validated the way I was feeling, Anna then helped me see that my powerful self critic had taken over my every thought and she taught me a variety of techniques to help notice my feelings and diffuse them, choosing which of my own thoughts served me and letting others pass or challenging them. This mindful reflection, among many other things Anna taught me, has become essential in my daily life and I now have a more compassionate attitude towards myself, am happier than I have ever been and have a promising new career on the horizon. This personal growth would have been impossible without Anna's considerate and powerful guidance at my darkest time.

Thank you for taking the time to post this feedback. It's lovely to hear that you had such a positive experience of our sessions.
Anna is incredibly caring, highly knowledgeable and I find our sessions to be truly helpful to support my ongoing challenges. Anna is soft when needed but she also encourages me to really think deeply and be true to myself in order for me to move forward. Her coaching and therapy sessions have been invaluable to me!

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to provide this feedback. I'm pleased you found the sessions so helpful.
Anna was recommended to me by another psychologist for ADHD coaching. As a psychologist myself, seeking support from a fellow professional can be challenging — but I needn’t have worried. From our very first contact, Anna was professional, warm, and genuinely helpful with her client centred approach. Anna’s input has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of ADHD, how it affects my life and finding more helpful coping strategies to suit me. Also importantly, she has been helping me to increase my self awareness and become more self-compassionate, which has had a meaningful impact on my overall quality of life. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for informed, empathetic, and effective support.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm so pleased you found the sessions so helpful. It's been a pleasure working with you.
