Anna has found exactly the exercises and support I need to get walking freely after a stroke had left me hobbling with a stick. A great bonus for someone nearly 80!

Anna is brilliant, very experienced very caring and has helped me loads, be more confident about my body and helping me to be a bit more relaxed about playing tennis without being injured. It’s helpful when she takes me to the gym tries me out with the exercises tells me if I’m doing anything wrong in ways of supporting me, she gave me my first body massage on legs and arms. Much less tight booked in for another one when she returns back from holiday. She makes me feel at ease. Helps me make more confident when I’m in the gym and I went in with weak calves and they’re much stronger now and I highly recommend Anna to everybody. I’ve booked in for six sessions. I’ve had four now but I will book in for another six. Thanks Anna I’m very grateful.

When I saw Anna I had spent a long time suffering with a knee problem. Two operations later it was still not resolved. After a few weeks of thorough investigation in a methodical way, Anna narrowed down the problem. So far my old pain has not returned. If it does I will be back to see Anna.
