Andrew was amazing, from my first appointment and all the way through to my surgery and afterwards. He answered all my questions and put me at ease straight away, and always answered my messages leading up to my surgery and afterwards.

After many years considering a breast reduction I was still very apprehensive when I turned up for my consultation with Dr Pieri. He put me totally at ease and explained everything clearly and I felt happy to go ahead. It is only just over 2 weeks since my surgery and the care to date has been excellent letting me know who to contact if I had any further concerns or issues.

Mr piere right from the start was very informative and professional. Talked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease and comfortable. First class service, I would highly recommend him.

If you're considering breast surgery- please look no further than Mr Andrew Pieri- he is absolutely exceptional and I cannot recommend him highly enough- a 5* does not do him justice! As a fellow medical professional I thought visiting multiple surgeons from a variety of locations a good idea, I was wrong. This lead to a lot of contradicting opinion, advice and ultimately a lot of confusion on my part. Out of all the doctors I have met along the way, noone even came close to the experience I had with Mr Pieri. So, please don't do what I did and waste your time, just do the best thing for you and pick Pieri :) He specialises solely in breast surgery rather than being a generic cosmetic surgeon therefore you can be reassured of his expertise, skills and experience. From the moment I met Mr Pieri I was greeted with friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and kindness and he immediately put me at ease. He really listened and took the time to understand me and my hopes and wishes. During the sizing session he used proper fitting sizing bras and had an array of implants to try and discuss. He was patient, offered advice and was extremely supportive and professional throughout. (believe me- I have experienced some very awful, awkward, shocking and improper sizing sessions) We had numerous discussions and contact prior to my surgery and he was always on hand to offer support and guidence. Only when Mr Pieri was 100% happy that we were both on the same page with the treatment plan did he agree to proceed with the procedure. This is a true testament to him and shows he really cares and wants the absolute best outcomes for his patients, and this allows you to fully put your trust in him. On the day of sugery the team at TSS were fantastic- they were all so welcoming, friendly, caring and compassionate. Prior to surgery I was greeted by the warm friendly face of Mr Pieri and my nerves disappeared and I felt confident and excited. I was absolutely amazed by the efficiency at TSS too! I was admitted at 11am, had my surgery at 1pm and was safely discharged after thorough monitoring and checks at 4.30pm. What a fantastic service! I am now 3 weeks post surgery, pain-free and I couldn't be happier with my breasts! I just wish I had done it sooner!

After feeling negative after a consultation with a High St cosmetic surgery, I searched for local breast surgeons. Andrew was the first I came across and I loved the reviews. Being a woman in her 50s i wanted to make the most of my final best years without going "love Island " boobs! I felt in good hands from insta messages to consultation. Andrew makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable right up to surgery. My results are as discussed, natural take off under the muscle. My 30 year old niece can't believe how 'normal ' they look. I had wanted a breast uplift for many years. When carrying out research I came across the details of Mr Andrew Pieri. I was inpressed with reviews of other patients and also Mr Pieri's medical credentials. In particular, the fact that he specialises in breast surgery rather than being a generic cosmetic surgeon reassured me of his expertise. Making contact and arranging consultations was easy to do using his website. I felt Mr Pieri really listened to what my concerns were and why I wanted the surgery. He used this information to tailor advice specifically for me and as a result we agreed I would have a slight breast reduction on my left breast and uplift to both. The waiting list for surgery was longer than I anticipated - approx 5 months, however on balance the demand for Mr Pieri reassured me.That said, I was added to a cancellation list and my surgery ended up bring brought forward by some 4 months. Throught the process I was advised of potential risks of the surgery. I felt fully advised and able to make an informed choice. The day of my surgery was great, everyone at Tyneside Surgical Services - receptionist, nurses, anaesthetists, were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, at my second follow up appointment (2 weeks post surgery) it was established that my left nipple was not healing well. Due to a lack of blood supply to the nipple the tissue was necrotic. I was obviously devastated but reassured by Mr Pieri that it was unlikely that I would lose the whole nipple but we would have to wait to assess the level of damage to the tissue. I then had a period of around 5 weeks of waiting to see how the wound progressed. Throught this time Mr Pieri made himself available for me to check in, send photos of the changing wound and provide advice. It was my choice not to see him in person, instead chosing to manage the wound at home and keep in touch by phone. At 7 weeks post surgery, I saw Mr Pieri in person where he advised the wound was now healthy tissue but unlikely to heal well and nit together neatly therefore he suggested a further surgery to excise any excess tissue and restitch the nipple. This further surgery was at no extra cost to me. Following the second surgery and subsequent two week recovery, my nipple healed well. There is a more defined scar around my left nipple however this will fade with time. Despite being fully aware of the risks involved with the surgery, like most people I assumed it wouldn't happen to me. It was an emotionally challenging time but I was supported well by Mr Pieri. I am confident I would not have received the same level of after care from a large- scale cosmetic surgery company. If I could rewind time, I would still have gone ahead with the surgery - even if I knew what my recovery was going to be like. The shape of my breasts and nipple positioning is fantastic. Mr Pieri's ability to make-good the problematic nipple is testament to his skill.

After years & years of discomfort due to having very very large breast and wanting a breast reduction I found Mr Pieri on instagram. Before I booked my physical consultation I researched his work and loved the results of other patients breast reduction surgeries & their scarring being as minimal and neat as it could be. Upon meeting with Mr Pieri his knowledge & expertise in the area was apparent further backed up by his work shown on Instagram and TikTok. During the whole process I felt listened to and at ease which doesn’t come easy for me. I was very nervous & anxious for the appointment however, this soon settled after meeting Mr Pieri. I then booked my surgery for a couple of months later. The surgery went well & I was home the same day. I am currently 2 weeks post op & I am healing very well with no issues. After care has been second to none with Mr Pieri just being a message away if needed. I will be forever grateful for the results I have received with my surgery & I just know it has changed my life in many ways for the better! He really is the best breast surgeon! After having 2 children and losing a lot of weight I was unhappy with the way my breasts looked and decided I wanted to look into breast surgery. My first appointment was a telephone call where Mr Pieri really took the time and listened to my concerns and my expectations, and he gave me his recommendations. Following this I met Mr Pieri face-to-face and what came across throughout this consultation was his professionalism and his desire to work with me to achieve the best results. From the moment I made the decision to go ahead and have a Mastopexy to now, which is 3 weeks after my operation, I have had complete confidence in Mr Pieri.
