I had a wonderful experience at Kingsbridge North West Hospital. Everyone was so kind and helpful all the way, they explained everything wonderfully before and after my procedure.
I was overwhelmed by surprise that Dr Kelly was able to clear up my ear infections , which I had in both ears for 22monthsin one visit!. Considering I had nine previous visits with another consultant at Kingsbridge hospital outpatients without success after the 9visits the consultant referred me to Dr Andrew Kelly.After 22months I was in the depth of despair as my hearing was deeply affected by the infections and my audiologist struggled to try and improve my hearing by adjusting the aid , my left ear by the way I gave up wearing at the start of my infections as I have a 90% hearing loss in that ear, so I completely dependent on the hearing aid in the right ear. I am completely indebted to Dr Kelly for helping me get over these infections , which blighted my life.

Mr Kelly certainly put my mind at ease about the problems I've been having with my ears. We can sometimes think the worst that nothing can improve, that we just have to live with the problem. My Kelly reassured me that this was not the case. He also suggested that a hearing aid would benefit my hearing loss.
