Dr Alice Whittle

Dr Whittle completed her medical degree (MBBS) at Southampton University in 2009 before moving to London to undertake her foundation training at The Royal London Hospital. After gaining valuable experience in emergency medicine during a year in Melbourne, she returned to London to complete her GP training, where her passion for women’s health became central to her practice.

She completed rotations in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (working closely with London Pregnancy Clinic), undertook further specialist training through the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH), and has continued to expand her expertise throughout her career. Dr Whittle now divides her time between NHS general practice, a community gynaecology service and her clinical leadership role at Spital Clinic.

Dr Whittle has recently completed the  British Menopause Society Certificate and is currently undertaking the Advanced Menopause Qualification through the team at the Whittington Hospital. She is particularly passionate about improving access to high-quality, timely gynaecology services and takes a whole-life approach to women’s health—from contraception, cycles and pelvic health to perimenopause and menopausal care.

As Clinical Lead at Spital Clinic, she is committed to providing patients with timely appointments, accessible diagnostics and personalised, compassionate care.
