I have seen Dr Alexandra Pittock a handful of times via video appointments and twice in person while going through my ADHD consultations and titration onto Elvanse. The care and support I have received from her has genuinely been life changing. Dr Pittock has helped me understand my ADHD in a way that has completely changed how I approach my life. After many years of struggling to make sense of certain challenges, she has given me clarity, reassurance and practical guidance that has made a real difference to my day-to-day life. Starting treatment under her guidance has been a very positive experience, and I now feel like I am looking forward rather than constantly looking back. She is warm, kind and very easy to talk to, which immediately puts you at ease. At the same time, she is clearly extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach. I always feel listened to during appointments, never rushed, and fully supported in decisions about my treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Pittock to anyone seeking assessment or support for ADHD.
Dr Pittock was incredibly empathetic, professional and knowledgable.
It was very helpful to me, and Dr.Pittock was a very kind person in dealing with it.
Dr Pittock is highly professional and consistently patient-centred. She supported the continuation of my ADHD treatment with care and clarity, and took time to listen attentively at every stage. She explained clearly why I experience certain symptoms and how my brain processes information differently, which significantly improved my understanding and engagement with treatment. I felt heard, respected, and well supported throughout my care.
Dr Pittock, made me feel right at ease. She gave me the feeling she actually cared to get to know and it wasn’t just ‘her job’.

Thank you so much for your kind review.
Dr Pittock was incredibly understanding of my struggles with ADHD, and didn’t make me feel ashamed in any way. She changed my medications to suit my lifestyle and sleep schedule, instead of just a one-size-fits-all program that i had previously been on. I have since had a follow up appointment, and have another booked next month

I’m really glad I was able to help - thank you for your kind words.
Dr Pittock is kind and detailed in her explanations. I feel very comfortable in reaching out to her and I’m happy to have her as my doctor.

Thank you so much - glad to be of help.
My first visit with Dr. Pittock was a 90-minute initial assessment. I was very apprehensive beforehand but she was able to put me at ease immediately and made me feel I could talk openly and be myself without fear of judgement. I found her communication style to be very effective – she made it easy for me to speak frankly and give a full account of my situation, and I felt listened to and understood when she give her assessment. I left the appointment feeling I had a way forward.

Thank you for such a kind review. It is really important to me that patients feel safe to open up and discuss their concerns.
