Very efficient, friendly and clear. Took the time to understand what I was dealing with and very reassuring with his explanation of follow on care.

I was put at ease by Dr Abraham quite quickly. He listened attentively to my explanation of my symptoms. He explained to me what he thought the diagnoses was but he’d like to examine me first to be sure. He was very respectful during the examination and made sure I was not too uncomfortable with the pain. He confirmed his diagnoses and went through the medication that was available in a way I understood perfectly. He told me that he would write to my GP to inform him of my diagnoses. I was very happy with the service Dr Abraham gave me.

Best thing I’ve done was make an appointment with Dr Abraham instead of waiting on an NHS list for months. Experience was excellent Been to local GP since last October and was not having the correct diagnosis, felt I was not being listened to and kept having pain killers. Within one visit to Spires and the next day having a phone call for the correct prescription and diagnosis and I felt better then I had in months within 2 days.

I was seen by Dr Ajay Abraham today and left with the best experience I’ve had in healthcare in a while! He was incredibly kind and patient throughout the appointment. He took the time to listen carefully to everything I had to say, asked all the right questions, and didn’t once make me feel rushed. He explained things clearly and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions, making sure I felt informed and involved in my care, never once dismissive! Absolutely thorough and attentive throughout. He arranged my blood tests and imaging immediately, which gave me confidence that my concerns were being taken seriously and that the investigation process would begin without delay. I left the appointment feeling reassured, listened to, and in expert hands. I think Dr Abraham is an absolute asset to the field, and is truly doing God’s work.
