Dr Afsar Raza is an accomplished Consultant Cardiologist dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred cardiovascular care. With expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of heart conditions, Dr Raza combines advanced clinical knowledge with an empathetic and reassuring approach. Dr Raza completed his foundational medical education, earning his MBBS degree, prior to undertaking extensive postgraduate training in general medicine and cardiology. He achieved Fellowships from the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) in both Medicine and Cardiology. Demonstrating a strong commitment to international standards of excellence, Dr Raza completed Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP UK) and was subsequently elected as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow (FRCP).

In his clinical practice, Dr Raza maintains key specialist interests in interventional cardiology, angina, and complex coronary intervention. His scope of practice includes diagnostic coronary angiography, the management of heart failure, atrial fibrillation, atherosclerosis, and aortic diseases.
