From the very start of my appointment I knew I was in safe hands. The preparatory procedures by the nurse was very reassuring. The environment was calm and I appreciated the background music which was a pleasant distraction. I was not nervous in the slightest. Doctor Andrew and his team were very friendly and explained everything throughout the op which I appreciated. Apart from a little minor discomfort during the procedure it was not an unpleasant experience. I am so glad I opted for bilateral surgery as I feel my eyesight has improved very quickly. Nearly two weeks on and I literally can see for miles and miles without glasses! To be able to read and do my artwork again is wonderful. This has completely changed my life for the better at the ripe old age of sixty-eight. Thank you!
Well looked after mind set at ease from start to finish can't thank all staff and doctor Adam enough
Procedure was fully explained during initial visit with risks discussed. Operation was a complete success and received a follow up call after 3 days procedure to ascertain if i had been experiences any discomfort.
Highly recommend Dr Lewis Very professional ,discussed thoroughly about treatment, aftercare , medication ,pitfalls He and staff put you at ease during procedure, carried out follow phone call Overall extremely happy and would have no hesitation in referring him to others
All my questions were answered with care and thoroughly in our meetings before the surgery. Clear information given on the day of the procedure. I felt I was in good hands
Dr Lewis explained everything both before and during operation which was very calming
Happy with how the operation went and my vision is so much better now.
Doctor was very thorough and made me feel at ease. I was really pleased to get a call afterwards asking me how my sight was
Dr Lewis was very clear and open with us about treatment. His manner helped put both myself and my daughter at ease. His treatment and care was excellent. The pre-op appointment was slightly odd & not entirely age approoriate for my daughter (maybe the leaflet could be reviewed for older children?). The standard of care from Dr Lewis and the whole team was excellent on our operation day. Many thanks to you & the team for your support, advice & care.
