I was amazed how accommodating the team were. I took both my kids over for an assessment. The professionals were really pleasant to work with and my kids were at ease straight away. The report after the assessment was thorough and I've been using it at different stages of my children's education. Without the report, I wouldn't have got the support my children needed at the school. My daughter suffers from selective mutism and my youngest has downs syndrome. If I ever needed this type of service, I will always go back to them. I highly recommend Unlocking Language

Since my child has been with the therapists at Unlocking Language it’s been phenomenal progress. I also discovered my own weakness as a parent where I was not aware that I was being too pushy and not helping his confidence levels. The therapist really helped him open up and engage.

I'm drawing on experience of some years ago so I can't recall everything but I do remember that the speech therapist - Priscilla - was friendly and approachable. She provided some very useful hand-outs that, with a few tweaks, we're still using today!
