Hello, I am sorry for your review and that you felt let down. I have reviewed our records and our Midland Clinic did not have any patients that week and I am somewhat confused as our Sutton Coldfield hospital does have a reception. Our other clinic in Nottingham does not, but all this is explained in the confirmation email, but again I cannot see any bookings and you mention Sarah, and she works at The Vesey Hospital in Sutton Coldfield.
