I felt really comfortable and heard. I was quite nervous about taking HRT but everything was explained in detail ensuring i felt like i was making an informed decision.

Already met Dr Joanne Hobson several years ago - she is kind caring & actually listens. She is knowledgeable & attentive giving practical advice with problem solving solutions.

It was fantastic, Dr Joanne Hobson is a wonderful lady, who listens to you, hears you and understands fully. She is very honest and kind in her manner, made me feel safe and was finally allowed to take a breath. I would like to thank her very much for being a wonderful woman… who knows what she talking about . Her no nonsense approach is just great. She is a truly a wonderful, professional woman. It was a very positive experience, and I feel optimistic and hopeful that the treatment you recommended will help me through this stage of menopause, which has not been an easy journey.

I’ve had 2 appointments with Dr Hobson, really lovely Dr who listened to my concerns and issues with menopause, HRT etc. A little disappointing on my second visit, Dr Hobson asked who I had seen on my first visit and was I sure it was her, clearly had not read my notes prior to my appointment. The other lady/Dr who was observing did remember me. Also disappointing that towards the end of my half an hour appointment Dr Hobson called me be the wrong name. When paying for a private service I would expect more preparation prior to appointments.

I am a repeat patient and, as always, found Dr Hobson to be straight-talking and incredibly knowledgable. I cannot fault any aspect of the care and the assistant was also lovely. I always come away feeling supported and informed.

Dr Dobson was great. She was very down to earth which I liked and easy to talk to. She listened to my problems and completely understood how I was feeling. I felt for the first time someone really got how I was feeling and came up with a plan of treatment which left me feeling really encouraged that things could get better

Dr Hobson and the doctor in training that sat in on my appointment were so lovely, they both had great suggestions to help with my symptoms and I felt they listened and understood all my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both of them. Thanks again.
