Tom has helped our daughter along the recovery journey from anorexia, and is helping her navigate life since her ADHD diagnosis. Highly recommend.

When I first started my sessions at the clinic I was entirely hopeless and believed I was entirely helpless. I was at rock bottom and for a while really couldn't see a way out - it was entirely impossible for me. But over the last year I feel like I've been helped to do the impossible and after struggling with some deep-set issues for years I can finally say they aren't issues for me anymore. I felt really supported and understood. As it was the first time I'd event entirely opened up about these issues, being given a non-judgemental space to be my most vulnerable was really important to me.

I have been having treatment with Tom for around a year to address my eating disorder and process trauma and grief. I have found this work to be really life changing. I never expected to be able to make so much progress. Tom is very compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend him and the Body Image Treatment Clinic.

My sessions with Tom have been revolutionary. Tom has taken the time to truly understand me by listening to my story from beginning to end. In doing this, he has been able to masterfully devise a path forward for our work together. Tom has a wonderful way of unpacking all the psychology that sits behind the trauma I have endured. Every session is carefully considered by Tom and every week I walk away a bit brighter with a greater understanding and sense of self. What an incredible investment of time and money. My only regret is that I did not find Tom sooner.

Since I started going to the Body Image Treatment Clinic, I am confident that I'll be able to handle things on my own in the near future.
