The Body Image Treatment Clinic

 The Body Image Treatment Clinic specialises in

treating psychological conditions which impact both the body and mind by providing private consultations in London at our Harley Street clinic and online. 

No one person is the same, therefore we create tailor-made evidence based and informed treatments for clients, aged 13 years and above, who are experiencing issues relating to a wide range of presentations that affect both body and mind, such as: eating disorders (binge eating, bulimia, anorexia nervosa), body dysmorphic disorders, LGBTQ+, low body confidence, intimacy issues & sexual dysfunction, addictions, trauma (physical, emotional or sexual), neurodiversity (In particular ADHD, & ASD), self-criticism and low self-esteem, OCD, anxiety, depression, skin and sweat conditions, physical injury or changes in physical presentations or abilities, body dissatisfaction, pre and post-surgery support. 

Patients begin with an initial assessment, available either face-to-face at the London clinic or online. The clinic also offers a complimentary 15-minute phone call with a team member for any preliminary questions. Based on the assessment, a bespoke treatment program is created to address the client’s specific needs and preferences. 

All our clinicians are HCPC or BABCP registered which represents the gold standard in effective evidence-based and evidence-informed treatment. 

The clinic's team is highly experienced in psychological treatments, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, MANTRA and CFT. For conditions that benefit from nutritional support, specialist dietetic

services are also available.
