Smart MRI

The service was really quick. I had been waiting for an MRI appointment from the NHS. I decided to use private and found them online. Booked the scan and was seen next day and received my report next next. Very impressed.

Prompt, friendly and effective.

I have had a previous MRI appointment elsewhere but could not go through with it because I am claustrophobic so i called them a day before to explain my situation. I was passed on to a Radiographer called Chemeika. He was friendly and he reassured me that he will try to make the experience more comfortable. Luckily the same radiographer was avaialble on my appointment day. He was very friendly, professional and patient and taught me a trick to distract me during the scan. Thankfully I went through the scan. My report was sent to me the next day and I am very grateful because now i have a diagnosis and awaiting treatment. I highly recommend this service.

The staff were so caring

I was a bit early than my appointment time and as the practice was not busy, they were willing to attend to me. They were friendly and helpful as I was a bit nervous. I forgot my belt they let me know and arranged for me to pick it up. Highly recommend this practice
