I was in a lot of pain and really needed an urgent scan of my lower back. The radiographer was so kind and understanding. After the scan, he recommended I go straight to A&E because he had seen something that required urgent medical attention. They sent me a link to my MRI images immediately, which I showed the doctors in A&E. The doctor also spoke to the radiographer whilst I was there. I’m really grateful for how supportive and helpful they were during a stressful time.

I had a really positive experience during my MRI scan. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was clearly explained, which made the whole experience much easier.

The scanning experience was good. The scan takes place in a portacabin. I get a bit claustrophobic but it was okay. The staff were professional.

The service was really quick. I had been waiting for an MRI appointment from the NHS. I decided to use private and found them online. Booked the scan and was seen next day and received my report next next. Very impressed.

Prompt, friendly and effective.

I have had a previous MRI appointment elsewhere but could not go through with it because I am claustrophobic so i called them a day before to explain my situation. I was passed on to a Radiographer called Chemeika. He was friendly and he reassured me that he will try to make the experience more comfortable. Luckily the same radiographer was avaialble on my appointment day. He was very friendly, professional and patient and taught me a trick to distract me during the scan. Thankfully I went through the scan. My report was sent to me the next day and I am very grateful because now i have a diagnosis and awaiting treatment. I highly recommend this service.
