Hello to you, You offer exceptional service. I live in Canada and I am on vacation with my son, who lives in London. I arrived here with a knee problem that I had not been able to have evaluated, because our health system is too bad and appointments are difficult to get... Here, with just one click, we had an appointment in 2 days, we received the X-ray results that same day, and the radiologist’s opinion in 3 days!!!! It’s exceptional... The technician in the MRI room was very kind and very professional... Thank you to all your wonderful team!!!

I went to the Smart MRI scanner at Tessa Jowell Health Centre in East Dulwich. It is a cabin out the back in the car park, so the facilities are rather basic, but it is air conditioned and perfectly fine for a few minutes wait. The staff are friendly - one guy to welcome you and check your details, another to operate the machine - very pleasant to deal with and I appreciate the care they took. The scans and the report came back the same day, which was very helpful as I was able to discus the report with my physio the next day. In the fact the key thing on the report was the recommendation to see a specialist, because the overview was not able to identify the exact problem, as there have been a number of issues with my back over the years. I then went to see the consultant who was very quickly able to point out the problem to me on the 3D MRI images. Overall a great service. I booked directly on the recommendation of my physiotherapist without waiting for my GP, who was still in the mode of let's wait the 2 to 6 weeks the NHS recommend, even though I was clearly in a lot of pain and it was hard to work out where the problem was.
Very good and efficient service although my appointment was delayed so I had quite a long wait.
They were running half hour late. Staff not very forthcoming in any conversation.
Very easy and fast, the staff were very helpful and attentive. I was in and out for an MRI scan on my knee within 40 mins. Extremely efficient service!
