I was early but was seen before my actual appointment time so thank you

Chem was lovely and the lady that I signed in twitch was lovely also, felt very safe, clean and simple

Staff was “just doing their job”.. no real interaction or communication, explain procedures, ensuring everything was still fine through the intercom while one was in the MRI scanner. Was surprised to find out the setup was run from a “container” unlike other practises that has a dedicated room/ space and did it feel “Cowboyish” and a “Backyard” operation to start off with. No waiting space or area and presented with just two cubicles where you have to stow ur belonging in the locker, sit and complete ur paperwork (behind a closed cubicle door) and interact and communicate with the 2x members of staff on site. The area was very clinical and had a dead soul feel and appeal to it, with no vibrancy or bright lights ,positive energy, and welcoming feeling to it. As a private patient who pays for scans from own pocket, I was shocked to say the least. Will wait and see what the results (quality and imaginary ) come back at.. but dont expect too much based on the setup of the service.

I was in a lot of pain and really needed an urgent scan of my lower back. The radiographer was so kind and understanding. After the scan, he recommended I go straight to A&E because he had seen something that required urgent medical attention. They sent me a link to my MRI images immediately, which I showed the doctors in A&E. The doctor also spoke to the radiographer whilst I was there. I’m really grateful for how supportive and helpful they were during a stressful time.

I had a really positive experience during my MRI scan. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was clearly explained, which made the whole experience much easier.

The scanning experience was good. The scan takes place in a portacabin. I get a bit claustrophobic but it was okay. The staff were professional.

Indeed this was an exceptional service. I was received warmly and attended to promptly. The staff on duty explained and guided me through each step of the process while ensuring I was comfortable and felt safe. Definitely recommend their services.
