The only reason for the slightly lower score on health and wellbeing is that I wasn't massively obese and struggling to walk and I think if that was the case, the score would have been higher

Terrible experience. Faulty product and attempted to get me to pay for another pen. Can’t speak to anyone English either so lots gets lost in translation. AVOID this company…. Stick to Med Express !

I have been using SheMec since August 2025 and am 5stone down so pleased. The service in terms of ordering the medication is easy, like the check in aspect, I have had no problems with delivery and quick response from support line. The app is getting better and it’s good that they are involving users to improve. The reason is it’s not a full 5 out of 5 is; 1: Communication could be better, they do seem to contradict themselves in emails etc which can be confusing 2: Still unsure how the clinical team works/contributes to experience as feedback is limited and appears uninformed at times

I lost 4.1 stone in 9 months, mostly with Monjaro had to change due to price increase to Wegovy. I found my food tolerance changed with Wegovy and I needed to eat more. I had to stop the medication due to gallstones. Shemed have been very supportive with blood tests and consultations when needed I felt they took care of their customers and advised me to come off the medication in case that was causing the gallstones. However, I’m not entirely sure of that is the case as I had gallstones in the past. Overall, I would recommend SheMed as a very good pharmacist want to use if you need support through taking the medication.

I started using Wegovy via SheMed in January 2026 as cheaper than Mounjaro which I had used for 5 months. I found it difficult to use the app but works well now I have got used to it. I only experienced mild side effects which were easily controlled. Recoding my weight weekly is easy and instructions for taking the injection are clear. Arranging new supply of medication is fast. I hold a Blue Light Discount Card but I can not work out how to claim my discount at the checkout
