I had an excellent time at the beginning of my Mounjaro , only had to stop taking it because the price went up drasticly in the August! Unfortunatly I went on to Wegovey and did not lose much weight, so stopped at the end of my 12 months, SheMed treated me with respect at all times and I did the same to them! They were very good at sorting any problems out for me and I have appreciated all their hard work in the tough times, Thankyou SheMed!

I was placed on 7.5mg Mounjaro when I am maintaining my weight on 5mg dose. Not informed, just changed it without me agreeing.

I was loving She Med, I think when using medication for the first time the blood checks and online calls help put you as ease, once you are used to routinely take the medication these become a bit tiresome until you know you can self check in but then you have to wait an extra day and do a late check in which is annoying. When I started I felt it was reasonably priced with the additional benefits they offer but when the price of mournjaro increased, I felt priced out of my current weightloss journey I had to move to wegovey which didnt work as well. I did get in touch with She-Med to cancel and they were very helpful and I did not feel they but unecessary blocks in the way of switching providers

The medication is working for me, very slowly I might add, but I have noticed a change. However the customer service with SheMed hasn’t been good at all so if I could start again, I would go with a different provider

I’ve enjoyed my year with SheMed. The support they have given me has been great, they have always asked about what doses I’d like and taken that into account when prescribing, as well as my side effects etc to get a balanced view. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous I had been very ill and didn’t do test . Then my doctor advised I shouldn’t go on wegovy and I asked for a refund but they still tell me know and when I said I would get for a friend they said I could. What kind of medicine site is this they ignores GPadvice and only care about money . Frauds making out they are concerned for women’s health

1. couldn't get on with this QR code keep sending back to the start. 2. I ring customer service I ending up speaking to three people. Couldn't help 3. So I asked for a refund I couldn't have a full refund was with told I could only allow £10 . Because I had used the blood test. 4. It said the blood test is free in your advert

I have found the app easy to use especially the new version of the self check in

Unfortunately I only used it for 2 weeks. The sidd effects were terrible.
