Very thorough assessment, but very friendly and non judgemental

Jessica started the meeting on time and explained how it would work, reducing my anxiety. She was patient and kind throughout. She allowed me to speak but also guided me back to the question when I strayed. At the end, she explained the rest of the process so I'm not anxious about this either.

From initially choosing RTN through the right too choose pathway, to the initial questionnaires and assessment, and through to my final results, RTN were really great and I couldn't fault them. The wait time for me was under 6 months (3 or 4 I can't remember!), and I didn't find at any point that I got impatient for them to get things going. The assessment interviews seemed thorough and both of the people conducting mine were both really lovely. Thank you for making a potentially stressful process manageable!
