I had a google meets with Frankie. She was very empathetic, as understandably the conversation was a very emotional and reflective experience for me. That said, the patience and tone in which Frankie approached the questions directed at me was always in a professional and kind tone. Time was allowed for breaks and the whole process was clear as to where and what was required. Frankie was lovely and put me at ease.

The assessor was very patient and listened carefully to my situation and wellbeing.

Tiegan was great and really friendly. I was anxious about the assessment but she put me at ease and the process was a lot better than I expected.

Hannah was great, I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable. She helped explain questions that I didn’t quite understand. And she was really patient.

The teams meeting was very good and started on time with clear instructions on how the meeting would go.

Calm, patient, friendly assessor. She offered breaks (as up to 3 hours was allocated for the appointment) but I'd recommend pushing through if you're able to as there is alot to get through!
