RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I was very anxious in the run up to the meeting, as revolved around problems I've struggled with for so many years. But Lucy was very welcoming and attentive, and understanding.

Lots of questions focussing on Lucy and her behaviour at age 4-5. My concern is that her issues have develop at age 13-14 and when a younger child there were no alarm bells other than possible dyslexia which was diagnosed at 14! Mandalay was superb but our memories about Lucy’s behaviour such a long time ago was weak . Thank you for her time

No formal diagnosis able to be given as the RTN did not upload all the information needed for my last assessment. Unimpressed to be honest and feel let down.

I had an ADHD assessment with Poppie Adams-Zirnis. Poppie was excellent. Very caring and understanding and came across as warm. I knew I was in great hands speaking to her. Didn’t know what to expect dialling in, was a very professional and productive call. Thank you.

Nina was very friendly and did her best to make my child and myself feel at ease. I think it is always a little difficult when you are online and not in person but I dont think that altered the care. It was quite insightful for me to see my daughter interact in a different way. And how differently her thought processes work.

I was made to feel t ease and the question were worded to me in a way I understood
