This was a complete waste of time that caused major trauma stirring up my past traumas for nothing. I expected to be assessed for AuDHD but these guys don’t seem to be aware that such a thing exists and that the symptoms are not the same as autism or ADHD. As these conditions were assessed in isolation, I was not given a diagnosis of either. You really need to do your homework. It’s shocking that you don’t seem to understand anything about AuDHD and how the symptoms differ. Also, symptoms for women and girls, differ to those for Men and boys. I’m appalled that my GP surgery is sending people here. As well as this, the psychiatrist made me feel like shit. Telling me I am borderline learning disabled took me right back to the dodgy assessment I had for dyslexia as a child where I was told that only boys could be dyslexic. Come on, you can do better than this. Very disappointed.

My daughter had her 1:1 with Tia who was amazing with her. I had mine with Poppie who equally was just as amazing. At first I found it difficult to ‘offload’ everything but Poppie made me feel at ease. Thank you for making a tricky situation more comfortable.
