Very good. Went for a hearing test and everything was explained well before and after the test. Didn’t try to sell me anything afterwards either. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
I attended my appointment and there were a couple of problems. There were sorted out satisfactorily. Good explanations were given with regards to the problems. Overall, I am happy with the way the session went.

I had earwax removed using suction. Very professional and painless. Kerry took photographs of the inside of my ears both before and after the procedure. She explained everything clearly before, during, and after the procedure. A terrific experience.
