I had a very positive experience at Regain Hearing in Eltham. I had a microsuction and irrigation session to remove earwax, and the treatment was successful. I noticed an immediate improvement in my hearing afterwards, which I was really pleased with. The whole process was handled professionally and I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I attended a few years ago with Tinnitus Seriously affecting my hearing, they let me borrow an Aid while I went off to the far East on holiday. Paying for it on my return when the problem eased and has since virtually stopped but does sometimes returns very mildly but soon goes resulting in I never use the Aid anymore thankfully.
