I was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer in September 2025 and this resulted in me requiring surgery in two separate hospitals by two separate teams , finally chemotherapy. So I was dealing with three teams in two separate hospitals. The NHS is under particular pressure due to limited resources affecting the delivery of treatment from over stretched medical staff. I was introduced to Reframe by Benenden Health. I have found the additional support and guidance provided by Reframe during this difficult time invaluable as making contact with hospital staff to help with understanding what was happening was not always straightforward but contact with Reframe was always straightforward and I always felt they had time for me and helped me navigate through NHS procedures and helped me unravel medical jargon in the two hospitals where I was a patient. This made me more confident and I believe get the best from the contact I had with the NHS . I would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Kristina and her team at Reframe in particular a special thank you to Rebecca for the constant and thoughtful support that I have been given over the past months Ray

Reframe was made available to me through our EAP at work following my diagnosis for Stage 3 Prostate Cancer. From the outset my family and I felt totally supported by Kristina and Suzanne. They took time to walk me through the mountain of information I had to process, chased appointments for me and helped me with colincal decisions. My wife and I frequently speak of the support we have received and cannot imgagine how difficult this would have been to navigate without them. Prior to surgery they arranged a MDT to help with my treatment decision and managed to arrange a scan at short notice that was not available to me through my own trust. Post surgery I spoke to Suzanne most days and on one occasion she correctly identified that I had picked up an infection just through her careful questioning. Suzanne has moved on but I now have access to Rebecca who is equally as supportive and although we speak less frequently now, we still check in and I still feel fully supported. Again, I cannot begin to imagine what this would have been like without the support of Kristina, Suzanne and Rebecca and for that I am so very grateful.

I was recently diagnosed and treated for cancer and the support I received from my team at Reframe (Rebecca Minton and Kristina Arlickiene) was invaluable. Rebecca and Kristina provided a single overview and practical advice which I found immensely helpful and reassuring at a complicated time. They were always easy to reach, extremely professional and very efficient. They were also thoughtful and kind, and I am extremely grateful to have had their support.

From the beginning of my treatment in December to now ALL the contacts I have dealt with have been fantastic. I didn’t realise how good it was to have a constant contact if I had any questions… not that I have had many as my journey has been very successful and virtually stress free. When I needed advice it was given clearly and quickly. Giving me some great options to think about or follow and always followed up to see how things have gone.
