I have really appreciated the messaging service and have used it extensively to ask questions & as an outlet when I’ve been feeling a bit down or anxious. I’m ND and the messaging, where I don’t have to talk to anyone, has been a godsend. The lovely care team are friendly & knowledgeable and I like that they check-in regularly. I like being able to ask technical questions, about my cancer, test results or how I’m feeling. This is a massive benefit as I always have more questions than those I remember to ask my consultant!

I cannot recommend Reframe highly enough and really appreciate everything they have done for me. It has been vital especially during my chemotherapy when I had many questions and little support from the hospital, my Reframe nurse always came back quickly with helpful information and alivated a lot of my worries. My Support Manager was so helpful and chased appointments and took away that stress, I am hugely grateful thank you.

This is a FANTASTIC service and one I couldn't do without in my cancer journey. My councillor Ruth is filled with practical advice on navigating medical terms and systems including the NHS maze & her emotional hand holding has given me huge confidence. Honestly cannot rate REFRAME highly enough. THANK YOU seems such a small phrase to use for such a big thing!

My recent visit with reframe was messaging with my care nurse. It is very easy to write with the app and send. When I’m being contacted from reframe, I get notification through my phone or iPad.
