Amazing Team Lorraine and Rebecca - worked with me and supported me this last year without there knowledge and guidance I would not have come this far. The support service has been fantastic… from start and every step of the way the girls have helped me over come any fears as this has been a challenging time with having a breast cancer diagnosis , and to over come these moments we need professionals that have that caring human touch, the medical expertise and knowledge that has helped me each step of the way. I connect with a Support Worker as and when needed when I have questions, it's much easier than trying to contact the hospital nurses who are so busy
