Reframe Cancer

My recent visit with reframe was messaging with my care nurse. It is very easy to write with the app and send. When I’m being contacted from reframe, I get notification through my phone or iPad.

The Reframe team are quick to respond, extremely supportive and knowledgeable. They often check in with me and are keen to hear my news, (especially around scan update times) and there with listening ears and wise words. A worthwhile service, thank you :)

I have been dealing with Sipiwe cancer nurse, she has been Amazing with her empathy & dealing with my health care consultant. I value her help tremendously in all aspects of my cancer journey.We need more like her & her kindness, above & beyond.

Brill support from Lorraine & Bethany !!!!!

I was referred to Reframe Cancer through the Benenden Healthcare service a few months ago and am still receiving their support to date. Overall, the care, empathy, and support I’ve received from the team have been excellent. They are very professional and have provided me with valuable advice. Lorraine has been wonderful, her professionalism, communication, and responsiveness has been outstanding. Bethany has been my ROCK at a time when I needed support the most. She is highly professional and truly second to none. Bethany is kind, has a calm soft manner about her, incredibly knowledgeable about cancer treatment, and always listens intently. She is non-judgemental, caring, and empathetic. She has even gone as far as sending me relevant information via the portal, including helpful video links. She also guided me towards accessing additional funding through my Benenden membership, which I was previously unaware of. This led to me being awarded a much needed grant. Bethany has truly helped me make decisions during a challenging time simply by listening and being there to talk things through. My overall experience with Reframe Cancer has been extremely positive. Thank you so much for all your help and support, it is greatly appreciated. I look forward to continuing this support over the coming months. x 🙏🏼

Well, where do I start? You are so helpful and reassuring specially Rebecca she has really really helped me so so much more than she will ever know so understanding and always texting to see if she can do anything to help. I rate it 10 out of 10 and I will be forever grateful for the support and guidance thank you 🙏

My team are integral to both my physical and mental wellbeing. This is a really really important service. I trust them implicitly (I can’t emphasise enough how important this trust element is) and I value the information they share with me. Their kindness and empathy is appreciated every day but especially on the harder days and equally they celebrate my wins. This really has been such a game changer for me and I feel so fortunate to have this. Thank you!

Amazing Team Lorraine and Rebecca - worked with me and supported me this last year without there knowledge and guidance I would not have come this far. The support service has been fantastic… from start and every step of the way the girls have helped me over come any fears as this has been a challenging time with having a breast cancer diagnosis , and to over come these moments we need professionals that have that caring human touch, the medical expertise and knowledge that has helped me each step of the way. My journey was has not been easy .. but they have worked With me along the way, and I feel I am in a good place ❤️
