The response to my request came literally overnight. Jackie was friendly and very helpful on the phone. She offered to check something with the lab and get back to me which she did promptly. She also remembered who I was after 1 phone call! I received a same day appointment and extremely clear directions to the clinic and was even told who I would meet when arrived there. Top service!!
