Dr Simon and the Staff . Respond very quickly to any enquiry whether it be booking an appointment , providing a referral letter or reports from investigations received . I find everybody to be polite and efficient . Everything you wish a GP should be.

Queue at reception cleared reasonably quickly. Once I was in with Dr.Simon, all was good. Excellent service.

Explained everything in a very polite and mannerism way.

Had to wait 20 minutes which surprised me. Dr Stone referred me for a scan and I must comment on that experience. This is in no way a complaint merely a suggestion for future reference. Bearing in mind I do not drive, it takes me 3 buses to get to the Highfield, when I was almost at the end of my second bus journey I received a phone call informing me that my appointment had been cancelled because the stenographer had called in sick. This was approximately 11 o’clock. For someone in my situation an earlier call would have been appreciated. I realise this may not have been possible. This is just a point where your service may be improved and that is how I am writing . In no way am I complaining. Please accept my point in the manner intended. Thank you.
