I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Eden House. From the moment I arrived, the level of care, professionalism and genuine warmth from the team has been outstanding. The environment is calm, welcoming and incredibly well run. Every member of staff I’ve interacted with has been compassionate, attentive and clearly committed to what they do. You feel supported, respected and looked after at every step.
The experience has been great and everyone involved has been supportive and caring during my time here.
I have found the visit very helpful and i have enjoy experience there and all the staff have very very lovely, kind and supportive. The clients have also been very supportive. All round my visit has really helped me with my addiction.
I came here not knowing what to expect but I was welcomed and felt comfortable really quickly. The therapists and support team were brilliant and always willing to help and talk.
I feel like its a bit of a mixed bag. Therapy are excellent, the people are lovely and are doing their best. Some aspects of day to day life for me feel a bit haphazard and could use more direction.
Staff are very friendly, they all love my dog. The place beinf pet friendly is a big plus. Utilities are good, nice bathroom, nice rooms. Tv's are good. The night staff are very helpful.
I was a bit unsure about what to expect when I was admitted. The initial groups I did in the first couple of days were simple but became challenging as time went on. The support staff are good and so are the therapy team
Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. The therapy team are great and the support workers have been really really good which has made a really daunting experience a much easier one.
