Every quality you need in a brilliant GP - their expertise, knowledge, professionalism, kindness, understanding and simply getting things done immediately to help you are exemplary. In my and my family’s experiences, sadly cost and time are major factors when seeing your local NHS GP ultimately resulting in poor outcomes for the patient. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to see Pixie and Sera doctors and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Sera always makes you feel like you're the only patient of the day. A great listener, a great talker, and a no-nonsense solver of any problem.

Dr Sera Shoukru is a rare thing; a GP who is both empathetic and expert. She really listens and genuinely cares about me, my health and my wellbeing. I have complete faith and confidence in her and her team.

Dr Sera gives a six star service. I can not fault her service. My experience is always pleasant, her attention and passion for providing the best care for me always leave me with a peace of mind and feeling much better.

Dr Pixie has a wonderful bedside manner she is always patient kind thorough and exceptionally professional and makes me feel comfortable to ask questions about my health.
