Pixie was very efficient, approachable and communicative ! I felt very at ease with her!

My experience with Dr. Pixie McKenna is that she was a very respectful and personable doctor, who spent the majority of the time listening to me and intervened only when it was absolutely necessary, to divert the conversation and direct the consultation in the right direction towards providing me with the care that I should receive, as someone who suffers and therefore needs a specialist opinion in the future.

At Pixie and Sera’s practice you can rest assured knowing you will be looked after properly! Aside from being excellent doctors who go over and beyond to help out when you are going through a medical dilemma, they also have great specialists (with rapid referrals) at hand to refer you to should that be necessary. Pixie and Sera want to hear it all - no problem is ever ‘too little’ or not worth mentioning. They are both so easy to talk to, reassuring and brainy - perfect combo for your GP! I have a complex medical history and have seen many doctors over the last 10+ years, so naturally I have seen pretty much all the flaws in the healthcare system; whether it be the doctors themselves or their team at the practice (making it impossible to get hold of your good doctor). Its no use having a great doctor you can never get hold of! At Pixie and Sera, whenever one doctor is away, the other is there, so you are never left alone to mange your health concerns / condition. The service at Pixie and Sera is fab! A friendly and efficient team who always respond to emails or get back to you if they’ve missed your call. Prescriptions are always sorted and sent to your pharmacy asap leaving you with fewer worries. Whenever friends or family complain about this or that, the answer is always “Call Pixie and Sera!”. Having experienced such great care from start to finish since they started their practice, they cant get rid of me! I couldn’t recommend them more. Tanya

Pixie and Sera and their team run a highly professional clinic. I have mainly had video, telephone consultations - these have been very good, but on the one occasion I met with Sera face to face, she was excellent - knowledgeable, empathetic, thorough and reassuring. I cannot fault the experience.

I've been a patient here twice now and both have have felt like I've been listened to and my medical needs have been taken seriously. Everything is talked through and explained and I've felt thoroughly looked after.

Dr Sera took time to address all my concerns in an unhurried, intelligent and reassuring way. My test results came back so fast.
