Pixie and Sera

My recent experience was not with Pixie or Sera this time, but Dr. Lawen, who was exceptional.

Dr Pixie is very good at listening to the patient. I don’t feel rushed in any way. She puts the patient at ease. She offers excellent professional advice.

Dr Pixie and Dr Lawen always attentive, committed and engaged - not always my experience in the private sector I'm sorry to say. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly, caring, efficient - they convey confidence; they have access to the full London Clinic team and also to other medical care professionals; they have a ‘personal touch’. What’s not to like?
