Receptionist was helpful welcoming. Abbey (taking the tests) was amazing with my child. Attentive caring and knew exactly how to work with her, made the experience smooth and easy for us. Professional, informative and excellent with my child. The place was so clean, drinks machine at reception. Toilets were sparkling clean Would 100 % recommend the place. You can tell they take care of the place and clients really well.
It was really easy to make an appointment. Abigail was very patient and explained everything very clearly. I felt that she was highly professional and knowledgeable. I felt very confident asking and taking her advice.
Took my 11 year old daughter to have ear wax removed. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and the practitioner was excellent with my daughter, who was a little nervous. Ears now healthy and wax free. Highly recommend.
The visit was an excellent experience. I was treated with kindness and patience. It was also extremely interesting and Abi explained everything with great clarity. Thank you
