The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We arrived 40 minutes early, having traveled quite a distance, and they saw us almost immediately. The place is modern and thoughtfully set up to entertain kids. Femi Omowo handled everything with our son flawlessly he was attentive, professional, and extremely well organised. He’s truly a credit to himself and the practice. All in all, a wonderful experience during what was a nervous time for us and our young boy. Thank you!

I visited paediatric diagnostics for a blood test for my daughter as the wait time at our local hospital was weeks. The staff were amazing, they couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Femi offered advise and very useful information alongside the blood tests that i had booked. My daughter was made to feel totally at ease and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Dr Jawad made the appointment flow with ease. He was especially good with our daughter and made a daunting process for a child very easy.

The appointment itself was very good. We felt supported and my daughter looked after. We were advised that there was a cancellation for surgery in a week and were extremely grateful for this swift service. I cancelled plans and started to manage my daughters expectations around the operation to ensure we could make the appointment. However we were then advised that it was too short notice and that they could not do the appointment. This is causing a lot of distress to myself and my daughter, who is extremely nervous about the procedure. We currently dont know when the procudure will be - I am hoping they will still be able to do the 24th as originally advised.

Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over scheduling at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital, but they are usually very helpful and approachable. I would recommend reaching out to them to discuss your options and hopefully find a resolution soon. My child was very well looked after by Mr Omowo, Dr Hii and the whole staff at Paediatric diagnostics. I was especially impressed by how everything at the clinic runs quickly and functionally. Everybody has the children’s and their family’s best interest at heart. Thank you!
