Everyone couldn’t have been nicer of out my 11 year old daughters nerves more at ease. Our time was seamless between appointments and all the doctors and nurses were so knowledgeable and supportive.

Fantastic and staff are so helpful, friendly and nothing seems to much trouble.

Brilliant - everyone we spoke to was welcoming, took time to explain what would happen, and was reassuring. The clinic was immaculately clean with sufficient parking.

We’ve been visiting for ongoing investigations into my son’s gut health, and we’ve been so impressed with the care and support we’ve received. The team is friendly, approachable, and always takes the time to explain each step clearly, which makes a big difference when navigating complex health issues. Communication has been excellent throughout, and we’ve felt well-informed and supported at every stage.

We took our daughter Delta, who has special needs, for a blood test. From the moment we booked the appointment with Sana—who was incredibly warm, helpful, and took the time to ensure everything was arranged perfectly—to the visit itself with Femi, who was kind, patient, and allowed Delta to be completely herself, the experience was exceptional. The facility is outstanding, and we would absolutely return if needed. As parents of a special child, it means so much to encounter people who truly understand and care.

I brought my 4 year old for a skin condition, and wanted to ask about his constipation at the end of the appointment. However the Dr already recognised that there was an issue and began checking his stomach. It became clear that there may be a more severe issue causing the constipation, and my son was assessed accordingly. From Dr Jawad, Femi, the clinical Director and the lovely support staff, they were all so warm, caring and took as much time as was needed to walk me through the issues, the treatment plan and the like. The clinic itself is beautiful and my son loved all the toys, Netflix watching and the hot chocolate. The environment is very child friendly

Both doctor Jawad and Femi were so helpful and kind in offering suggestions to help find out what’s going on with my little boy. Feeling hopeful to get some answers!
