We had a wonderful experience at Paediatric Diagnostics today from start to finish. The place itself is incredibly clean and well designed. There is a wide selection of toys, books and entertainment as well as self service food and drinks. The nurse we consulted with was so patient and kind and thoroughly explained the ECG to my daughter in an age appropriate way that put her at ease, as well as allowing her to watch her favourite show to ease her anxiety. The practise manager who took care of us from start to finish was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I’d recommend it to any parent.
