Oasis Runcorn

Coming here has been an absolute game changer for me. I am going home with a completely different outlook on my alcohol use. This is down to the all the staff and hard work from everyone and myself. It took me a while to make the decision to come into treatment but coming to Oasis was the best decision I have ever made.

My experience at Oasis has been amazing all the staff and therapists are always helping and supporting me through my journey i have enjoyed every minute of it.

Having never been in rehab before I didn't know what to expect. My first impression was " warm and welcoming" from both staff and other residents. I have learned so much about my addiction, about me personally, spiritually and about interpersonal relationships (and so much more) from being here. Yes, at times it has been challenging, but the more you put in the more you get out. I am grateful for my time here and feel stronger than I ever have. Thank you

My treatment at Runcorn has been life changing for me. I am leaving with a renewed outlook on my future - I feel stronger than I have in many years, including periods of sobriety prior to treatment. I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough. They have been approachable, kind, considerate and professional. My counsellor, Dave, has been fantastic. We have had long conversations, and he has always had time for me to talk. Oasis, Runcorn is a place I will never forget. I hope to return one day in the future to share my sobriety journey.

My treatment journey has been one I will never forget. It's been filled with good and hard experiences from which I've learned from. Every part of treatment has been essential for me to learn and grow; the routine, structure, AA/CA & NA meetings, counselling, workshops, the safety of no temptations whilst I gain strength & knowledge, advice & guidance from support workers and all staff members, peer support, walks and down time to reflect. I could not of stayed clean & sober on my own without this treatment centre. Learning about the 12 step fellowship has been a game changer for me, it has given me tools and a defence against addiction which will help me to maintain my sobriety. After 12 weeks in oasis I feel ready and confident to move onto the next step, for me, that is recovery houses to bridge the gap back to normal life. I am truly grateful to every single staff member here who has helped me through-out this journey. Thank you to Oasis, this has been life-changing for me.

From day one here at Oasis, Runcorn, I was welcomed and supported immediately. The staff have continuously encouraged me in all areas, self-discovery, honesty, opened my eyes to be willing, confidence, belief, trust, faith and hope. I could not of wished for a better centre to complete my Rehab journey. They have all known when I have needed extra help and support and always lifted me with their words of wisdom. I am truly grateful and feel truly blessed to of been given this opportunity. There was a reason this was the Rehab I was supposed to be at. The staff here have helped me to work the programme and their knowledge of the programme has been a great help and support.
